Your privacy is of paramount importance to Jobs and Careers, our advertisers, and web publishers. The compilation of the Content is the property of the Company, and all Content is the property of the Company or suppliers, employers or job seekers. Unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. Jobs and Careers is a trademark of the Company. Where indicated, other logos and service names on the Website are the property of the users or suppliers. You must retain all copyright, trademark, service-mark and other proprietary notices contained in the original Content on any copy you make of the Content. For purposes of these Terms of Use, the term "users" shall mean all employers, job seekers and other people using the Website, and the term "suppliers" shall mean all other third party suppliers of content or services, including advertisers.
    
2. You may view and download Content solely for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not sell or modify the Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose. The use of the Content on any other website or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited. You shall not copy, adapt, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, create derivative works or otherwise attempt to discover any source code of the Website, which is also protected by the Company's copyright.

The Website acts as a venue for employers to post job opportunities, job seekers to post resumes and advertisers to provide products and services. The Website does not screen or censor the listings, products or services offered. The Company is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and job seekers or among users and suppliers. As a result, the Company has no control over: the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to job seekers, the ability of job seekers to fill job openings, payment for or delivery of products and services, or any terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings. The Company cannot and does not confirm that each user is who they claim to be.
    
6. The Company does not endorse any of the suppliers or users, or their products or services. We do not and cannot be involved in user-to-user dealings or control the behavior of participants. There are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, when dealing with strangers who may be acting under false pretenses. You should conduct due diligence. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come into contact through the Website. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release the Company (and our agents and employees) from claims, demands, actions and damages (actual and consequential, direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. You may, however, be entitled to certain warranty and customer service rights under federal, state and provincial laws, which make the supplier and the manufacturer liable to you for warranty claims. Jobs and Careers collects information from our users at several different points on our web site. For example, when you sign up to use a service, enter into a contest, or purchase a product, we may need more specific information about you, such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card number. If you give us permission, we may use that information to make you aware of additional products and services that may be of interest to you, or to contact you regarding site changes. Jobs and Careers collects information on non-personally identifying details such as, but not limited to, the server you are logged onto, the geographic location of the ISP you use, the type of browser you use, and your IP address. This information is obtained for the purpose of measuring ad effectiveness on behalf of Jobs and Careers clients and customers as well as providing information to help us determine what is most beneficial for our users, and how we can continually create a better overall experience for you.

15. Security: This web site takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the web site, your information is protected both online and off-line. 16. Resumes - Since Jobs and Careers is a career site, we give you the option of putting your resume in our database. By storing your resume in our database, you allow the contents of your resume to be searchable by recruiters, hiring managers, headhunters, and human resource professionals. If you allow your resume to be searchable, then all recruiters who have access to our resume database product will have access to your contact information and resume. We use our best efforts to grant access to your personal information only to recruiters, hiring managers, headhunters, and human resource professionals,however we are not responsible if some other third party, such as someone posing as the aforementioned and accessing the service, evade security measures and gains access to the database, and, subsequently, your resume.
     
17. Surveys & Contests - Our site requests information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and address), and demographic information (such as a postal code). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.
     
20. Correction/Updating Personal Information - If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as your postal code), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to us.

The Terms of Use are entered into in the province of Ontario, Canada and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, exclusive of its choice of law rules. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Province and federal courts sitting in Ontario, Canada, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. In any action to enforce the Terms of Use, the prevailing party will be entitled to costs and attorneys' fees. Use of the Website and the services provided is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all of these Terms of Use.
